White chair riempies, synthetic as well as raw riempies, all referred to as “riempies” but what is it? I find people refering to rattan as riempie, and v.v. Riempie is an animal hide product. Rattan is a plant product, mostly from the thorny, climbing rattan vine.
Most woven products (rattan, rope, cane, etc) is categorised as ” #wicker “
