1) Appointments
It is imperative that you make an appointment before coming to see me, whether it is a first visit, or you are collecting furniture. I am not always on site, so please make an appointment.
2) Live Chat
When you use the live chat option, please ensure that you leave some way of contacting you, especially if you request information. If you don’t, there is NO way for me to answer your questions if I was not able to take the request on chat. Please leave at least your name and a number. This info will ONLY be used to contact you, and for no other purpose.
3) NO relationship with The Furniture Clinic
Please note that Rattan and Riempie has NOTHING in common with The Furniture Clinic, other than the premises. I do not contract with them in any way. I get lots of people calling me, looking for Heleen/Heleen. PLEASE do not approach me. I cannot help you. If you had business with her, you should have her contact details.
So, if you have an issue with Helen/Heleen, please don’t refer to me. Contact her direct.
